Move well before adding speed. Stop if pain changes your movement. Choose control before intensity. Jump rope should be light and quiet, not max effort. Cone drills should stay controlled before they get fast. Shadow swings should finish balanced. Wall sits should challenge the legs without changing posture or causing pain. 05Core + balance circuit

2-3 rounds: single-leg RDL x6 each side, dead bug x8 each side, side plank 20-30 sec each side, wall sit with quiet upper body 30 sec, decision shadow x8. Track attack control 0-5.

06First-strike conditioning

8 minutes: serve +1 shadow, jump rope, recovery step, lateral cone shuffle, split-step, and short-ball close in 20/20 intervals. Track clarity under fatigue 0-5.

07Post-play mobility reset

6-10 minutes after play: hip flexor, hamstring, calf, glute, thoracic rotation, shoulder stretch, and slow breathing. Track tension before/after 0-5.

Module 1Name the point job

Say: The read is the rep. The result is only the second signal.
Watch: Offense balls can be attacked; the rep is not complete until the player closes and splits after advantage.
Assign: Write the job that was easiest to read and the job that got late.

Module 2Build before changing

Say: Options appear after depth, balance, and court position.
